Zeke and his wife Lori have been married for over 32 years. They love to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time with their children, Camille (marketing) and Tucker (mechanical engineering student). Zeke also enjoys off-roading in his Land Rover and hiking the Appalachian Trail — a dream he’s steadily working to complete.

Mortgage Industry

My first job out of college was with Transamerica, a finance company.
From that position I moved into the consumer mortgage industry,
serving first as a loan officer for a local mortgage company. I was
recruited and hired by by First Union, at the time a leading wholesale
lender, to serve as an account executive. In that role, I developed my
career, moving around the southeast and eventually reaching Charlotte,
NC, where I was a Regional Vice President with Well Fargo, responsible
for hiring and training account executives serving mortgage clients in
NC, SC, and the greater Atlanta area.

2007 – Present

Real Estate

In 2007, I began my real estate career, with a move to Lexington, SC. I
started as a Realtor with Century 21, where my personal brand
“GoldStandardZeke” was born. The name stuck and as I have worked with
different real estate companies in our market, I have continued to grow
my business and my knowledge of the industry to provide my clients with
gold standard service. I served as a Broker with ERA for three years, and
then returned to the role of agent in 2012. In 2016, I joined Coldwell
Banker Realty. Coldwell Banker is the leading real estate company in the
world, and offers its agents and their clients the best resources, support
and network available in the industry. As full time real estate
professional, I am dedicated to my career and to the experience that my
clients have. It is my job to guide clients through every step of the
process, whether they are buying or selling or both, and to bring to the
table every resource at my disposal to ensure their experience is as
smooth and successful as possible. I have been privileged to help more
than 700 clients, with most of my business coming from personal
referrals and repeat clients. In the past several years, I have had the
incredible honor of helping the children of past clients with the purchase
of their first homes.
